"Pat" or "Trish", 75 of Memphis, passed away August 4, 2020 after her battle with Covid-19 pneumonia. Pat was born on Halloween, 10-31-1944 in Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her father Fred Vick, her mother Virginia Vick and her brother, Randy Vick. She is survived by her sister, Tammy Vick of Memphis, her sister-in-law Mary Vick, nephews Steven Vick and Freddie Vick all of Hernando, MS. Her dearest friend of 50 years, Shirli Lowry (Sam) of Olive Branch. Also her "earthly sister" Wanda Cole Mason of Memphis. Pat was also a Godmother to Wanda's daughter Melanie. and Godmother to Melanie's daughters, Kristian and Jatlyn. She was also survived by her very close and dear friend and confidant, Pamela Harvey (Marty), of Hernando, MS. Pat was blessed with a host of cousins, Jessica Walls, Jamie Daniel, Joey Walls (Anita), Susie Ryan, Bill Gaines (Holley), Skip Simmons (Sherry), Tom Simmons (Myra), Mike Simmons (Ginger), Gloria Strickland (Dusty), Ronnie Hughes... the list goes on and on. Pat also is as survived by her uncle, Dr. Ed Vick (Phyllis) of Jackson, MS. She is also survived by her family friends Phil Hamblett, Audrey Kennedy and June Brown. Pat was a graduate of SouthSide High School, 1962. She worked for Memphis City Schools for over 35years and eventually retired from there. Pat was an avid reader, and loved baseball. She loved to cook and would make sure no one would go hungry. She was definitely one of a kind, smart, witty, stern but loving. She loved anything and everything Halloween because that was her birthday. Family and friends were always her main focus in life. She would do anything and everything for them.
