Patsy J. Eaton Kelley, 83, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at North Delta Hospice Unit in Southaven. Ms. Kelley was born in Paragould, AR but was a Memphis area resident for over the last 60 years. She was the previous owner of City Caf in Germantown and Sunset Restaurant in Collierville. She was the last of her five siblings which included four brothers and one sister. Patsy leaves her three daughters: Lora Climer, Patsy K. Smith and Deborah J. Miranda (Danny); 8 grandchildren: Joseph Climer, Heather N. Achord (Jerry), Michael C. Morgan (Traci Hudson), Greg Morgan (Stacy), Eric D. Morgan (Tammi Sabillo), Amanda R. Moore, Michael D. and Ray Austin, also 11 great-grandchildren. Patsy was always found with a beautiful smile. She loved people and had a tremendous love for her family.
