Patsy M. Fowler, 85, passed away on October 7, 2018, surrounded by her family in Memphis, TN.  Mrs. Fowler was born in Memphis on May 30, 1933 to Patrick and Grace McKeough who preceded her in death, along with her husband, Bertis Echols, Sr.; her son, Randy Craig Echols; and her sisters, Doris Cagle, Laverne Luke, Josephine Thompson and Sarah Hanna.   Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Woody Fowler, and her sons, Bertis Alfred Echols, Jr., Dennis Wayne Echols, and Woodrow Stanley Fowler, Sr.  She was blessed with twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.  Visitation with her family will be on Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 p.m., with her service on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East.  901-382-1000
