Patsy Horn, 78, of Arlington, TN passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hickory Wythe, TN and was retired from LeBonheur Children''s Hospital and Methodist Germantown Hospital. Mrs. Horn is survived by her husband of 46 years, William Horn; daughter, Jackie Hensley and two grandchildren, Andrew and Scott Hensley. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Rowsey; sister, Earlene Stephens and brother Billye Kesterson. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children''s Hospital. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m., Thursday December 18, 2014 with the services to follow at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home.
