Patsy Elaine Irvan of Bartlett, TN, passed away on February 1, 2021 at 78 years old. She was preceded in death by Louise Stallins, Jamie Stallins, and Robert Wayne Stallins. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Irvan of Bartlett, TN; sons, Mark Irvan (Renee) of Lakeland, TN, and Jeff Irvan (Terry) of Bartlett, TN; sister, Shirley Stallins (Tommy) of Mineral Wells, TX; grandchildren, Brad, Charity, Kyle, Brittney, and Briana; and great-grandchildren, Colt, Walker, Chandler, Hayden, and Reed.

The graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38133.
