Patsy Ann Wilbanks age 76 of Selmer, TN passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21 at the Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth, MS.

Pasty was born on July 26, 1946 in the city of Harrison, AR to Floy Wiseman Rakestraw and Lorene Oneal Rakestraw. She was one of six children. She was a 1964 graduate of East Union High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Buddy Rakestraw and Mike Rakestraw; and one sister, Karen Mask. Also, by her husband, Allen R. Brown and her late husband, Kenneth L. Wilbanks.

She is survived by two sisters, Brenda Moorman and Sandy Elliot; three children, Carla Dees, Sharon Cunningham (JC), and Jeff Smith (Linda); eight grandchildren, Courtney Thames (Brandon), April Green, Justin Barnes, Valerie Murphy (William), Lane Smith, Laken Brasel, Devin Smith, and Leif Smith; ten great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She will always be remembered and forever loved.

Visitation will be held in Memphis, TN at Forest Hill Funeral Home-East on Whitten Rd. on July 26, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00p.m. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. followed by graveside service.
