Paul Irvin Sandidge, 88, passed away at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital on Monday, December 4th, 2023. He is at home (2 Corinthians 5:8) with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and reunited with the love of his life, Pat, his wife of 66 years. She preceded him in death on January 22, 2021.
He is survived by his 4 boys, Dan (Debbie), Jeff, Steve (Monica) and Richard, his 4 grandchildren, Jason (Ronda), Mallarie (Joe), Patrick (Holly), Ryan (Beky), and his 7 great grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Victor "Butch" Sandidge (Mary), many other family members and friends who will always remember him for his kindness, grit and wit! Paul was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. He then pursued a career in the automotive industry, holding the position of warranty administrator for Schilling Lincoln Mercury until his retirement there. He was a member of Covenant Baptist Church where Paul and Pat served and worshiped for almost 25 years. Special thanks to Larry Moore, his Sunday School teacher and Mike Ray, his Deacon, who watched over and ministered to Paul. They gave him love, comfort and strength and the Sandidge family is very grateful for all they did as well as others within their loving church family.
