Mrs. Moore was born in Blue Mountain, MS to the late Jim and Ruby Henry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Curtis Rooker and two sons, , Billy Rooker and Johnny Rooker.
She leaves her son, Bobby Rooker (Gaile) of Dennis, MS; one sister, Earline Little of Memphis; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
