Philip Maness, 82, of Lake Cormorant, MS passed October 2, 2022.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Maness; one daughter, Crystal Hicks; five sons, Phil Maness, Keith Maness (Ronda), George Curry, Tommy Curry (Stephanie), and Timmy Curry; 20 grandchildren; and  22 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mona Carpenter Maness; one son, Donnie Maness; his parents, Lee and Ruby Maness; and five brothers, Wilburn Maness, Millard Maness, Alvie Maness, Trueman Maness, and Burton Maness.

Philip retired after working for C. C. L. for 24 years, and previously worked for Conwood for 17years. He was an Usher at Heritage Church for over 30 years. Philip always had a smile on and he never knew a stranger. He loved hunting raccoons, squirrels, and deer. He loved his large family and his dogs.
