Philip Lawler McDonald, 74, of Cordova, TN passed away on September 9, 2026. 

Mr. McDonald was a native Memphian, he graduated from State Tech where he received Automotive Technician training. His working career was  in Recreational Vehicle Service. Philip loved Camping and out door activities. He had many friends and never met a stranger.  

 Philip was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Bruce and Catherine Cecelia McDonald, and his older brother, William "Bill" McDonald.

He leaves his wife of 54 years, Marilyn; his sister, Frances “Sissy” Varner of Cordova; one niece Christy Varner and nephew, Mark Varner both of Cordova.
