Phyllis O'Bryan Bailey, 86, of Memphis, TN, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012. She was a member of St. Lukes United Methodist Church and retired from All State Insurance Co. Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bailey. She is survived by two nieces, Pam Holland of Memphis, Candy Williams of Knoxville; nephew, Patrick McKnight of Memphis; great-niece, Nichole Walker (Tom), and four great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m., Saturday, January 14, all at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests any memorials be sent to St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
