Raymond Joseph Atkins passed away on August 9, 2020 in his home in Byhalia at age 82. He retired from the Memphis Fire Department on July 14, 1990. He is preceded in death by Charles Melvin and Angela Maria Atkins. He is survived by his daughters, Heather Petrowsk (Jason) of Byhalia, MS ad Rachel Wilbanks (Michael) of Rozet, WY; grandchildren, Emily Calhoun, Megan Wilbanks, Dillon Wilbanks, and Michelle Petrowski; and great-grandchildren, Kenzie Wilbanks, Hunter and Misty Calhoun, and Haze Wilbanks.

The visitation will be held on Friday, August 14 at Forest Hill South, 2545 East Holmes Road, Memphis, TN, at 10:30 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
