REBECCA HOLLAND JACKSON, 97, of Southaven, MS, retired bookkeeper for City Air Conditioning & Heating, died September 28, 2012, at her residence. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, October 1, and service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 2 at Holmes Road Church of Christ, 1187 E. Holmes Rd., Memphis, TN, where she was a member since 1973. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery on Poplar Ave. in Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. W.W. Holland and Lucille McGavock Holland; her husband of 59 years, Robert Lamar Jackson; her beloved son, Dr. Mike Jackson, and her four siblings. She is survived by her son, Dr. Robert H. Jackson (Mary); her daughter, Martha J. Besinger; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. The family requests donations in lieu of flowers to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital.
