Renee "Nae Nae" Elizabeth Johnson was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  She passed away on January 15th, 2024 at the age of 63. Born on June 25th, 1960 in Memphis, TN, she called the city home and spent much of her working life carving out a successful career in real estate.

Renee was a woman who enjoyed socializing.  She never met a stranger or had a conversation she could not carry.  Every person in the world, to her, was just a friend she had not yet met.  She always saw the good in people.  Most importantly though, she was a loving mother and grandmother.  She cherished and appreciated those moments and made sure everyone in her life knew about them as well.

Renee Johnson is preceded in death by her mother; Rose Ezelle. She is survived by her former husband; Mark Johnson, her sister and brother; Rhonda McFarland (Charles) and Rodney Ezelle, her daughter and son; Carol Fenton (Todd) and Ben Johnson (Elizabeth), and her three grandchildren; Caden, Owen, and Isaiah.

Just as Renee stood alongside her friends and family with love and support – those moments she cherished and appreciated will walk beside us every day in memory.  She will be forever missed, but never forgotten.  Her impact on each of us made sure of that.
