Southaven - RICHARD "Gene" BOGGAN, 73, died June 8, 2014. He retired from CN/I.C. Railroad after 41 years. Visitation 12-2 p.m. Thursday, June 12 with the Service at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill South on Holmes Road. Burial in Forest Hill East Cemetery on Whitten Road. He is survived by his wife Wanda; two sons, David "Keith" and Brian Richard; sister, Dorothy and granddaughter, Shelby.
