Richard E. Snipes, 82, passed away in Memphis, TN on November 24, 2018.  Mr. Snipes was a United States Army Veteran and was retired from Dennis Electric Co., Inc.  He is survived by his loving wife, Kathrine Dennis Snipes, and two sons, Ron Snipes (Lisa) and Bryan Snipes; two sisters, Helen Smith and Fadra Davis; also two brothers, Randell Snipes and Roy Snipes (Diane).  Mr. Snipes was blessed with four grandchildren:  Joshua, Jacob, Devin and Tori; and one great grandchild, Kaylin Snipes.

He is loved by many and will be deeply missed.  He loved to laugh and tell stories.  His spirit will forever be with us, watching over us.  We love you Honey, Pops, Daddy and Grandad - all of your special names from your loving family.  Visitation with his family will be on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 pm, with his service following at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Road. 901-382-1000
