Obituary
Richard Ray Tibbs ,72, born August 19,1951 passed away April 07, 2024.
He leaves behind one daughter, Bethany Tibbs of Memphis, TN; two sons, Joseph Tibbs of Horn Lake, MS and Terry Tibbs of Millington, TN; two sisters, Sandi Jowers of Eads,TN and Patti Burks of Hernando, MS; one brother, Mike Tibbs of Oakland, MS.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Carlela Tibbs and parents, Bob and Jean Tibbs.
Richard was such a caring and loving father and husband. He loved the Memphis Tigers, Tennessee Vols, golfing, the lake, fishing, and his chihuahua Bailey.
Richard will forever be in our hearts and will be missed very dearly.
