Richard Louis Webb (RL), 86, of Rossville, TN. passed away surrounded by his family on December 13, 2017 in Memphis, TN. He was born on July 25, 1931 in Rogers Springs, TN to Luther and Clara Webb. RL leaves his loving wife of 62 years Betty Hill Webb and 2 daughters, Cheryl Powers (Larry) and Cathy Webb (Darryl). He was blessed with 2 granddaughters, Candace Hammond (Austin) and Madison Webb. He is also survived by 3 brothers JT Webb (Margaret), Bobby Webb (Carolyn) and Cecil Webb (Grace). He was preceded in death by his son Richard "Bubba" Webb and 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Mr. Webb was a United States Army Veteran. Family requests any memorial be sent to Pleasants Christian Church PO Box 266, Williston, TN 38076 or to the donors choice.
