Richmond "Wayne" Best, 72, of Bartlett, TN passed away Monday May 23, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley Best; son, Tim Best; daughter, Carrie Bunker; six grandchildren: Dustin Best, Wesley Hardin, Bryce Bunker, Abbygale Best, Summer Best, and Bentley Best; and one sister, Linda Stillman (Rodney). Mr. Best retired from BellSouth after 30 years of service. A visitation will be held Thursday May 26, 2016 from 1-2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill, East on Whitten Road. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
