Robert Allen Young, 51, of Olive Branch, MS died on January 3, 2016 from complications of diabetes. Robert was born on October 20, 1964 in Memphis, TN. He was a graduate of Southaven High School and was a member of the Colonial Hills Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents: Kenneth Allen and Sidney Ruth Young; sister, Connie Ann Burt (Jim) and brother Charles David Young; grandfather, Charles Kenneth Young and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins. Robert was employed as a machinist by Vertex Manufacturing Corp. The family requests that Memorials are sent to the American Diabetes Assoc. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 6 at Forest Hill South with service at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will follow in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
