Robert Carl "Bob" Jones, 78, of Southaven, MS passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis. Bob grew up in Memphis and attended Humes School before moving to the Whitehaven area where he graduated from Whitehaven High School. He was a machinist by trade. During his career he worked for Milton Bowers Machine Shop, Lambs Machine Shop and Industrial Machine Shop. Bob is preceded in death by his parents: Carney William and Lois JonesÍ two brothers: Elmer and William Jones. He leaves his daughter, Cindy Raffanti (David) Í his son, Jeffrey C. JonesÍ three grandchildren: Brittni Andrews, Joe Raffanti and Brook RaffantiÍ two great-grandchildren: Kinley and Kasen AndrewsÍ also one sister, Ann Frazier Kelley. Visitation will start at 1 p.m. Monday, July 13 at Forest Hill South with service following at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
