Robert H. "Bob" Yancey, 90, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2014. Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 19 at Forest Hill South with visitation from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mr. Yancey was a WWII Air Force Veteran and a U.S. Navy Veteran, a member of Highland Baptist Church and was retired owner of Yancey Construction of Memphis. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ema Lou Yancey; his parents, four sisters and one brother. He leaves, one daughter, Brenda Lewis of Lake Cormorant, MS; two sons: Larry Yancey of Eads, TN and Ronald Hallmark of Franklin, TN; one brother, Lee Yancey of Liberty, MS; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
