Robert Thomas "Bob" Flowers of Memphis, TN passed away on October 20th at the age of 93. Bob was born in Athens, Ohio to Clarence and Jean Flowers. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Libby and brother Don Flowers. He is survived by daughters Debby Williams and Cindy Flowers (Kathy), sons Bobby Flowers (Christy), Don Flowers (Diane) and sister Robin Leeds. He also leaves 6 grandchildren, John Austin Williams, Tommy, Michael, Andrew, Adam and Richard Flowers, and 8 great grandkids. Bob served in the Navy and graduated from Ohio University, followed by a career as a Coach, Teacher and Administrator for the Shelby County School Board. He was an avid table tennis player, golfer and card player. Bob had a keen sense of humor and will be dearly missed by his family. On Thursday, Oct 27th there will be visitation from 1-2pm and service at 2pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Rd. Donations can be made to your charity of choice.
