Robert King was born in Memphis, TN on March 31, 1928 and passed away on October 30, 2015 at the age of 87. Mr. King was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn King. Robert was an avid bowler, and worked for MLG&W for more than 45 years. He was also a longtime member of the Macon Christian Church until it closed, then attended Pleasant Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Millington, TN. He is survived by his son, Larry King (Penney)Í granddaughter, Kerri KingÍ sister, Joyce WoelfleÍ and brothers, Andy King and Richard King (Melanie). A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 5-7: pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 4, at 10:00 am in the chapel of Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 2440 Whitten Rd. Interment will be held in the Rosemark Cemetery.
