Robert H. Plunk, 79, of Olive Branch, MS, was born on October 24, 1937 in Bethel, Tennessee to the late Guy and Edna Plunk. He went to be with our Lord on Friday, June 30, 2017. Mr. Plunk was a retired Captain with Memphis Fire Department and a Chief Pilot for Bryce Corporation. He was an Army and Navy veteran, member of the Unity Masonic Lodge # 95 and also a member of LaBelle Haven Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Sara Smith and Patricia Ivy. Mr. Plunk is survived by his loving wife, Diane Plunk; four children, Debra Morgan, Britt Plunk, Cristie Crews, Matt Plunk; sister, Faye Bunkley; brother, Franklin Plunk; seven grandchildren, Jimmy, April, Heather, Sierra, Travis, Zachery, Jamin; and ten great grandchildren. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday, July 2 and service will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 3 at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following. Family request any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society or to Alzheimer's Research.
