Robert Butler, age 87, of Germantown, TN passed away peacefully at his home on March 16.

Robert was born on November 7, 1936 in Lexington, Tennessee to Chester and Geraldine Butler. After graduating from Humes High School, Robert served in the United States Army from 1956-1959.  He retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 1997 after 30 years. Robert loved road trips with his family, Military History, and St Louis Cardinals baseball.

Robert is survived by his wife of 61 years, Linda; daughter Cynthia Butler; sons Steven (Leecie),  Michael (Karyn), Christopher (Sheila); and grandsons Nicholas and Laynie.
