Roberta Keen Alsup, age 69, of Murfreesboro, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021. She was born August 8, 1951 to the late Robert Keen and Roxie Guthrie Keen. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Lynn Alsup, a loving and caring husband and father. She is also survived by 3 children Tim Alsup (Arinne) of Arlington, TN, Tina Maxwell of Murfreesboro, and Lynda (Charlie) Davidson of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by 7 adoring grandchildren: Morgan, Meghan, Riley, Eian, McKenna, Emma, and Reese. She was a retired teacher, having taught at Harding Academy, Middle Tennessee Christian School, and retired from Rutherford County Schools after many years. She was a dedicated Christian, part of the Bethlehem church of Christ in Murfreesboro, TN. Graveside service will be Thursday, June 3, at 12:00 at Forest Hill East in Memphis, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at noon at Bethlehem church of Christ in Murfreesboro, TN, on Saturday June 12 with visitation starting at 10:30AM.
