Rodger D. Shappley, 63, of Memphis passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Methodist University Hospital. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Shappley. He leaves his son: Charles Shappley; two brothers: Tom serving in the U.S. Air Force and Tim of Charlotte, N.C. and many other beloved family and friends.
