Preceded in death by his parents, Nile G Howell & Martha B Howell, brother & sister in law, Anthony Howell & Linda Howell, nephew Daniel Howell and brother in law James G Best.

He leaves behind his devoted sister & niece, Pamela H Best and Michelle B Spencer (Dean), nephew Chris Howell (Teresa) with many grand nephews, niece, cousins and friends.

He graduated from Messick High School in 1976. He worked in construction almost all his life. He was a care-giver to his mother for many years and took care of his family. He enjoyed dirt bikes, coin collecting, fishing and landscaping.
