Ronald L. Swatzyna, 88, of Memphis, TN died Thursday, December 26, 2013 at his home. He was retired from Quebicor Printing, a communicant of St. Brigid Catholic Church, a WW II Army veteran, POW, member of MOPH, 88th infantry division and the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Swatzyna is survived by his wife of 63 years, Helen M. Swatzyna; sons, Dr. Ron Swatzyna (Sheila) of Houston, TX, Steve Swatzyna of Memphis, TN, Roman Swatzyna and Roger Swatzyna (Sibonie) both of Hernando, MS; Brothers, Raymond Swatzyna of Frankfort, KY and Roman Swatzyna of Maryville, TN; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. 12 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2013 with services to follow at 12 p.m. at St. Brigid Catholic Church. Interment will be Wednesday, January 8, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
