Roy V. Rowsey, 89 of Horn Lake, MS, died at his home Saturday, May 28, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Gladys Rowsey; three daughters, Sandra, Rebecca, Jackie; a stepson, Ronald Duncan (Ann); a step daughter, Susan Lee (John); several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Nelly, Ruth Norwood Rowsey. Roy served honorably in the U.S. Navy during WWII and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. He was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Horn Lake Masonic Lodge and Zamam Grotto. Family and friends will gather to share memories 9-10 am, Wednesday, followed by services at 10 am, both held at Forest Hill Funeral Home, South.
