Ruby Blankenship Oliver, 86, of Cordova, TN went to be with the Lord Sunday, February 18, 2018. Ms. Oliver was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Carl Oliver; son, Victor Oliver; and 3 sisters. She is survived by her son, Michael Oliver(Sally); grandchildren: Bradley Oliver, Daniel Johnson, and Victoria Oliver; great-grandson, Liam Oliver; and 3  brothers. Ms. Oliver was a member of Covenant Baptist Church. She was retired from Macy's department store. In her later years, she volunteered at St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett. A funeral service will be held for Ms. Oliver at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 22, 2018. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East.
