Russell Fowler, 66, passed away on August 25, 2015 at his home. Russ was born in Memphis, TN on January 17, 1949. Russ was a graduate from Treadwell High School and Mid-South Bible College. He was a former Missionary in Rome, Italy and was a retired IT Tech. He leaves a sister, Karen Ballinger; a nephew, David Stephenson (Karen) along with Patrick and Brandon Stephenson; also his aunt, Lena Trantham and a host of cousins and friends. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home.
