Russell Lee Rast, SR., 80, passed away surrounded by his loving family on August 22, 2018 in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his sweet wife of 49 years, Shirley Yvonne Wilcher Rast; three daughters, Christie Rast Bailey, Rhonda Faulkner, Robbie Rast and two sons, Russell Lee Rast, Jr. and Tom Coleman and his extended family of four sisters and two brothers, Charles Rast and John Rast.  Mr. Rast was blessed with eight grandchildren. Visitation with his family will be on Saturday, August 25, 2018, 12:00 pm-1:00 pm with services following at 1:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East on Whitten Road 901-382-1000
