Ruth Ann Barkley, 56, Water Valley, MS passed away Friday, September 16, 2016. She is survived by one daughter, Cassie Ann Magill, of Como, MS; one brother, Phillip Rawson, of Memphis, TN; three grandchildren, Christian Lynn Burford, of Senatobia, MS; Daman Lee Splawn, of Water Valley, MS; Majesta Summer Dillard, of Sardis, MS; and several cousins. Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her parents L. Stanton Rawson and Quay Rushing Rawson; a son Joe Lynn Burford, Jr. and ex-husband, Joe Lynn Burford. Family and friends will gather to share memories at 2 pm, Thursday at Forest Hill Funeral Home, Midtown, 1661 S. Elvis Presley Blvd.
