Ruth O. Boucher, 90, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 in Bay Point, Florida. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Boucher. She leaves behind her loving family which includes two children: Ralph W. Boucher of Saulsbury, TN and Connie B. Porter of Panama City Beach, FL; three grandchildren: Trey Boucher (Gretchen), Casey Saturday and Chris Porter; four great-grandchildren: Brandon and Cole Saturday and Molly and Mikayla Boucher; also many beloved friends. Graveside service will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 20.
