Ruth Reynolds Dorr, age 93, of Paris, Tennessee, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 16, 2026. She was born on March 15, 1933, in Whynot, Mississippi to Willard and Alice Reynolds. Ruth was a virtuous woman of character, who was kind to all she met and had a strong devotion to the Lord and all her family. Ruth lived up to her name, as it says in the Bible: Ruth 3:11 “And now my daughter, don’t be afraid. I will do for you as you ask. All the people of my town know that you are a woman character.” Ruth, Mama, Granny, GG will be greatly missed. 

She is survived by her children, Walter Dorr, Debbie Dorr Garner, Donny Dorr, (5) Grandchildren, (9) Great Grand Children, and (1) Great-Great Grand Child.
