Ruth Hoy, 72, of Millington TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017 at 9:33 P.M. She was at home and surrounded by family. She was a teacher, homemaker, cardiologist and Patriot. Mrs. Hoy is survived by her sons, James Patrick Hoy Jr. "Jamey", Jeremy (Heather) Hoy; three grandsons, Aidan, Ethan and Asher; two brothers, Joe Allen McDaniel and Rickey Ray McDaniel (Cathy). Her loyalty and compassion will be the hallmarks of her legacy. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Tuesday, September 26th and service will immediately follow at Forest Hill East (interment following).
