Mrs.  Ruth E.  Noe (July 26, 1931) went to meet her Heavenly Father on July 4, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James H.  Noe.  She is survived by her three children, Anita Noe Watkins (Dale), J.  Russell Noe (Lois), and C. Ray Noe, four grandchildren, Tyler Watkins (Havila), Kevin Noe (Delaine), Emily Watkins, and Daniel Noe, two great-grandchildren, Eliza (5) and Rhett Watkins (17 months), one brother, Carl Hindman, and one sister, Helen Hindman Bush.  Ruth was born and raised in Louisville, Mississippi.  She lived there until she graduated from high school in 1949 and moved to Memphis, where she started working for Layne and Bowler.  There she met James, and they married in December 1951, establishing their roots in Memphis.  Ruth was a faithful member of former churches Beverly Hills Baptist and Cherokee Baptist, where she worked in both nurseries for close to 50 years.  She loved working with children and teaching them about the love of Jesus.  She also loved to read and had an extensive book collection.
