Hickory Withe, TN - Ruth Sandusky, 84, of Arlington, TN, loving mother, grandmother and friend went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 27, 2014. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 29 at First Baptist Church of Hickory Withe and service will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the church. Private burial will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery. Mrs. Sandusky was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Sandusky. She leaves three sons: Harvey Sandusky and Roy Sandusky both of Arlington, also Andy Sandusky of Yuma, TN; one daughter, Cindy Lavender of Arlington; two sisters: Beulah Williams of Memphis and Sarah Cater of Nevara, FL; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and many other beloved family and friends.
