Sammuel J Ferrante, Jr., 65, passed away November 10, 2020. He was retired from Kroger, where he worked for more than forty years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sammuel J Ferrante, Sr. and Dorothy Baker Ferrante, and his daughter, Angela M Ferrante. Survivors include his wife, Donna Ferrante; sons, Joseph A Ferrante (Stacy) of Collierville, Brandon R Ferrante of Arlington; bonus children, Tonda Howard (Karl) of Collierville, Chad Howard (Cassie) of Collierville; sister, Vicki Puckett (Steve) of Collierville; grandchildren, Sage, Pearson, Payton H, Emery, Payton B, Chace, and Aaron; niece, Ashley Preskenis (Bobby) of Olive Branch, MS; nephew, Brad Puckett (Marisha) of Bartlett; great niece, Savannah Preskenis. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 11:00 am Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Sunday at Forest Hill East Chapel with interment to follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park East. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
