Sandra Dowe Haley Russell, 75, of Memphis, TN passed away on June 25, 2020, at St. Bernard"s Medical Center in Jonesboro AR.  Mrs. Russell was the daughter of the late James and Maxine Wolfe Haley.  Sandra graduated from Central High School and attended Memphis State.  During her career, she worked as a church secretary at Hollywood Baptist Church.  She was an office manager with AmeriGas. She retired from the Service Master accounts payable department on December 12, 2012.  She was a member of Bartlett Hills Baptist Church. Sandra leaves 3 children; Kimberly Hargett (Steven) of Mountain Home, AR, Timothy Russell of Mountain Home, AR, and Pamela Bledsoe (Michael) of Jonesboro, AR, one sister, Jimmie Stephens of Fort Worth, TX.  She had been blessed with 3 grandchildren, Megan Kenneth (Josh) of Peachtree Corners, GA, Russell and Ruby Hargett of Mountain Home, AR; 2 great-grandchildren, Scarlett and Amelia Kenneth. Visitation with her family will be on Monday, June 29, 2020, from 1:00 PM~2:00 PM with services following at 2:00 PM at Forest Hill Funeral Home east on Whitten Road.901-382-1000
