Sandra Sue Abernathy passed away on January 15, 2020, in her home in Nesbit, Mississippi. She was born in Memphis, TN. in 1948. She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Herbert J. Abernathy, and sister, Kim Reynolds, and her parents, Oliver and Alma Harrison. She is survived by her children, Eva Niknahad and Mark Abernathy, grandchildren, Olivia and Evan Niknahad. She also survived by her sisters, Carol Pollack and Dody Pollack, and brother, Tommy Harrison. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and early life enjoyed hobbies such as bowling, pottery, and coach youth bowling at Winchester Lanes. Visitation will be held on Saturday 25, 2020 from 10 a.m. until Service at 11 a.m., both at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East.
