Sara W. Allegrezza, 91, of Southaven, MS, passed away at her home surrounded by love on Friday, June 6, 2025. She was born in Drew, MS on January 11, 1934, to parents Vera and Floyd Walker. After graduating high school, Sara began her college career at Delta State University, where she graduated as well. Once she completed her schooling, Sara began working for Delta Motor Freight, where it changed to ABF Truck Lines, where she retired after 40 years. Sara married Royal Kemper and stayed married to him for close to 30 years. She then married an old school mate, Frank Allegrezza of Shaw, MS. They were married for 20 years until his passing. Sara was an avid church member at the Baptist Church in Shaw, MS for 20 years, before that she attended Carriage Hills Baptist Church in Southaven, MS. She was a proud member of a group of friends and they called themselves the S.O.B's (Society of Buddies). They were together for many many years! They loved to travel and get together every month and they did this for years. She LOVED to read, she loved her family and friends so very much. She was the best soul any of us knew! Sara is preceded in death by her parents, both her husbands, Royal and Frank, as well as her siblings: Doris, Mildred, Dub, Grace, and a baby brother that passed away weeks later after birth, in which she referred to as "Baby Brother". She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her "miracle child"/only child, Nancy Kemper Cotner, two grandchildren, Sara Hood (Caleb) and Jesse Cotner, as well as three great grandchildren: Arlo, Levi, Paris, and a little bundle of joy that will be born soon. Sara will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss her more than words can express.
