Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend Sara "Betty" Ducas sadly passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 85. Sara is married to her loving husband, Alfred Ducas, Sr. They have been married for 67 years. Sara is the mother of Katherine, Denise,   Alfred Jr., Viola, Rhonda, and Theresa. She appreciated and loved her daughter in law Betty and son in laws Lee, Gary and Mack. Sara is blessed with 63 grand and great grandchildren. Sara grew up in the area of Cape Cod in Massachusetts. Her parents are George and Doris Swift. She loved and laughed with her sisters Ernestine, Doris and Penny.

Bethel Baptist Church was not only her place of worship, it became part of her extended family. She loved and served in the children's church, Kindy Kids for Jesus for over 20 years. She has been a true prayer warrior. Sara "Betty" Ducas is loved very much by her husband and family. May she be remembered for her smile, endurance, and her love for Jesus Christ.
