Sarah Viola Jackson, 108, went to be with our Lord January 1, 2024.

Sarah was born October 17, 1915, to Arthur and Lena Rowell in Myrtle, Mississippi.  She was united in marriage in 1930 to Solon Jackson. Sarah was a member of the Church of Christ in Osceola, Arkansas.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Lena Rowell; her husband, Solon Jackson; her daughter, Ruth Allison; her son, Eugene Jackson; five brothers and one sister.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son; Carroll Jackson of Leesburg, Florida; her son William Jackson of Southaven, Mississippi; her sister Marie Bryeans of Luxora, Arkansas; her brother Lamar Rowell and wife Betty of Collierville, Tennessee; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.   Psalm 118:24
