Sarah Baker Ryan. 71, of Memphis, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, January 7, at Forest Hill South with visitation Friday from 5-7 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mrs. Ryan was a graduate of Whitehaven High School and of the University of Memphis. She was a teacher for 51 years. The last 10 years she taught for the DeSoto County School System. She is survived by her children, Dawn McLean and Hunter lll; two grandchildren, Joshua and Hunter McLean: also, several nieces and a nephew. She was an incredibly loving, kind and generous woman who touched the lives of countless children. Forest Hill South Funeral Home.
