Sarah Schrock, age 88, died Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis due to age-related conditions.  She was born June 12, 1933 in Bay Minette, AL.  She was the second of fifteen children born to Nancy and Samuel John Schrock.  Sarah was a spirited woman of faith, serving in the community as a member of Berclair Baptist Church in Memphis.

A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 11 at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park East.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. January 10.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew A Yoder of Memphis, TN; two sons, John (Sharon) Yoder of Kansas City, MO and Stephen (Natalie) Yoder of Vestal, NY; four brothers, Eli Schrock of Aberdeen, MS, Peregrine (Edna) Schrock of Aberdeen, MS, Arnold (Olivia) Schrock of Aberdeen, MS, Rufus (Amelia) Schrock of Prairie, MS; four sisters, Claudia Schrock of South America; Amelia Bigg of AR, Elizabeth Mills of AR, Ruth (Richard) Romanowski of Greenwood Springs, MS; and two grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Karen R. Yoder; five brothers, Isaiah Schrock, John Schrock, James Schrock, Samuel Schrock, and Abraham Schrock; and one sister, Amanda Lee.
