Born in Memphis, TN on June 1, 1956 to J.C. and Polly Robbins who preceded her in death. She passed away in Memphis, TN on December 15, 2016 at the age of 60 years. She was retired from the University of Memphis. She is survived by her son, Ryan Harber; sister, Suzanne Quarles (Tony); brother, Ricky Robbins (Andria); niece, Ashlee Peterson (Greg); three nephews, Blaine Quarles, Connor Robbins and Tanner Robbins; and by great nephew, Austin Bernero; and close cousin, Clay Elder (Ellen).
