Shelby Jean Arnold, 75, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 27, 2012. She was a retired Registered Nurse for the Regional Medical Center and attended Raleigh Assembly of God. Mrs. Arnold is survived by her daughters, Connie Jo Jenkins and Brenda Kay O''Neal; son, Jonathan Lynn Turner; grandchildren, Michelle, Ann, Linnetta, Grace and Anthony and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Naomi Parkey and Nan Ellis. Mrs. Arnold was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. Visitation will be 3-5 P.M., Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 A.M., Monday at the funeral home with interment to follow.
